Remember

Remember those who should not be forgot,
For sacrifices made in battles fought
And battles won and lost alike. Indeed,
Remember those for whom we have a need.
For one day, we may look up far too late
And find things suddenly are not so great.
For this reason, and many more, today
Remember those who let us live this way.
